♦Aurorakot                                                                                                                                                                  Aurorakot lies to 10 km northeast of Taulihawa. So this area is fortified with the remains of ancient moat and bricks.

♦Devdaha                                                                                                                                                                  Located to 54 km east of Lumbini across the Rohini River, Devdaha is famed as the maternal home town of Queen   Mayadevi. This is the place where Buddha spent his childhood.

♦Ramagram                                                                                                                                                             This place is celebrated as the maternal home of Buddha. It holds one of the biggest stupa with the height of 7 meters containing one of the Astha Dhatu (Eight Relics) of Lord Buddha. It is believe to built around 600 BC.
