Kudan, located to 4.5 km south of Tilaurakot, a settlement of structural ruins of stupas and monasteries of that period. It holds the fable about the King Suddhodhan meeting his son, Buddha, after his return from celestial enlightment.

♦Gothihawa                                                                                                                                                                Located to 3 km southwest of Taulihawa, this is the religious site of Buddhists with historical and archaeological significance which boasts abundant  brick structures of ancient stupas and monasteries.

♦Sagarhawa                                                                                                                                                                It is about 12 km north of Taulihawa which is basically a forest site where the ruins of ancient pond was exhumed in 1895. This place is also identifiy as the “Palace of the Massacre of the Shakyas”.

♦Niglihawa                                                                                                                                                                  Located to 7 km north of Taulihawa, this place holds great archaeological significance where the remains of broken Ashoka Pillar are well preserved lying close to a large pond.

♦Aurorakot                                                                                                                                                                  Aurorakot lies to 10 km northeast of Taulihawa. So this area is fortified with the remains of ancient moat and bricks.

♦Devdaha                                                                                                                                                                  Located to 54 km east of Lumbini across the Rohini River, Devdaha is famed as the maternal home town of Queen   Mayadevi. This is the place where Buddha spent his childhood.

♦Ramagram                                                                                                                                                             This place is celebrated as the maternal home of Buddha. It holds one of the biggest stupa with the height of 7 meters containing one of the Astha Dhatu (Eight Relics) of Lord Buddha. It is believe to built around 600 BC. So, Lumbini is decorate with monasteries recently build by different nations which include Myanmar Temple, China Temple, Korean Temple etc.
