Paldor is another spectacular trekking peak position to the southeast of Ganesh Himal in Dhading distrist, Nepal. The peak hits the highest to 5859 meters from the sea level and is script as the junction of Tiru Danda and Karpu Danda ahead of the Mailung Khola, one of the arms of Trishuli-Gandaki River. The peak is classified as group “B” climbing peak by Nepal Mountaineering Association and is record to be first ascended by Tenzing Sherpa, Bill Tilman, Peter Lloyd, Da Namgyal in 1949 through the northeast ridge. Also, The accessible route to this peak has been identified through northeast, southeast, west, and south west ridge.

The trail offers some enchanting moments which are worth mentioning. One is offer with jovial moments of exploring serene lakes, incredible waterfalls, primitive Tamang culture and traditions, and stunning Himalayan landscapes. Another delight of this trek is the eye-pleasing view of Langtang valley. Approaching the peak, one is caught with grandeur panorama of great Himalayan peaks which includes Mt. Pabil, Mt. Langtang, Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Logsang Karpo, Mt. Ganesh I, Mt. Ganesh V, and many among others. One can also discover the natural wilderness of this region with the dense, dark forests and rare wildlife on the way. Technically this endeavor is moderate. As most peak climbing requires, this one also asks for good physical aptness. Our itinerary is best for easy ascend and proper acclimatization by the members.
