Singu Chuli is another spectacular mountain for climbing in the Nepali Himalaya range. It stands out at the altitude of 6501m from the sea level. Also nicknamed as Fluted Peak, this mountain lies to the north of the Tharpu Chuli and west of the Mt. Gangapurna in the Annapurna range. . Wilf Noyce and David Cox were first to ascend this peak. The much stiffer ice slopes of this peak makes climbing challenging and adventurous. There is no straight forward route up to the peak. However, the usual route to approach this peak is from North-East face. This mountain also stands as the third highest of all trekking peaks in Nepal.
