Snowman trekking is commenced from Drukgyel Dzong after a short drive from Paro heading towards Jhomolhari at (7314 m). Passing through the yak herders bivouacs, Buddhist monasteries, secluded farming settlements, blue pine, juniper, and rhododendron forests and picturesque villages, we head towards Lunana valley to end our journey at Nikachu. At the end you will feel that your endeavor was amazingly wild and absorbing.
Being a tough and strenuous trekking venture, it demands extreme physical fitness and prior trekking experience. This region is best trek during the season of April-June and September-October.
