Best Season for this Trip:

If you’re thinking about paragliding in Pokhara, autumn (September to November) and spring (March to May) are really the best months to go. These seasons bring clear skies, gentle weather, and amazing views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. The air feels mild, it’s not too humid, and all of that adds up to a comfortable, unforgettable flight.   Autumn draws a lot of paragliders crisp air, sharp mountain views, and Phewa Lake sparkling below. Spring is just as stunning, with the hills bursting with color and new growth, so the scenery gets a whole new look. Paragliding technically runs all year in Pokhara, but the rainy monsoon (June to August) tends to cancel things out too much wind and heavy showers. Winter (December to February) can work, especially if you go up in the morning. That’s when the sky’s the clearest and the air stays steady.
